RAC-CT Certification Workshop - 3 day

The RAC-CT program will help you to distinguish yourself as a valuable asset to any long-term care organization. In this program, you will immerse yourself in clinical assessment and care planning, completion of MDS, and the regulatory body surrounding the RAI/MDS process. AANAC’s Resident Assessment Coordinator-Certified (RAC-CT®) is constantly reviewed and updated by a team of experts.

3-Day Workshop Information

• Registration: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (Day 1)
• Program Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Handouts are provided
• Lunch is provided
• Upon completion of the 3-Day workshop, access the RAC-CT certification exams in the online AANAC Classroom (Link sent via email). Take the exams on your own pace within 90 days of opening.

Nursing Continuing Education Hours: 22.5 CEs

The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN*) is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The RAC-CT 3-day workshop is approved for 22.5 CEs.

AAPACN* works in conjunction with the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) to provide nursing home administrators with continuing education credit for any AANAC workshop attended.

*The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN) is the parent organization to AANAC.

Completion Requirements

CEs for the three-day workshop are based upon actual classroom attendance for the duration of the scheduled educational activity verified through sign-in sheets. If a student must leave before the activity is schedule to end or is late arriving, he/she will not receive full CE credit. Partial credit may be awarded. Each attendee, based on sign-in sheets/attendance, will receive the CE certificate upon completion of the education activity. The final certification exams are not a requirement for claiming a CE certification for the workshop.

• AANAC Member* (Current member in good standing) $575
• Non-Member: $775
• Late Fees: Tickets purchased less than 2 weeks from start date are assessed additional fees ($135/member and $185/non-member)

Refund Policy

Registrants requesting a refund must do so in writing within 7 business days of the seminar. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. Refund requests received within 6 business days or less from the seminar date will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

AANAC and the training partners are not responsible for any fees incurred due to cancellations or postponements.
